How do I reserve a date?
Please email cedarviewvenue@yahoo.com requesting to book the date of your choice. If the date is still available, we will confirm the request. The date will be held by a signed contract and a $500 deposit.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes, we can set a reoccurring payment monthly. The payment is due in full two months prior to your wedding date. There is a $250 refundable cleanup/damage deposit due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
How many guests does the venue hold?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests, plus an outdoor area that can seat an additional 50 guests.
Is parking available?
There is a designated parking area on the property.
Do you offer round or straight tables?
We offer 8 (6') straight tables (usually used for head tables, gifts, food etc.) we also offer a small cake table. All guest tables are 60" round tables.
Do you provide catering?
We do not offer catering, but upon request we do have a list of local caterer's along with other vendors.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes, tables and chairs are included.
Are dogs allowed?
We are huge dog lovers! Dogs are allowed for the ceremony, but must be approved by Melissa (Owner).
Is the price different if we only have the reception onsite?
Since we only have one event per day, the price is the same for the whole day/Weekend (depending on the package chosen).
What happens if it rains?
We can easily accommodate the wedding to be held inside.
